The Landmark Building can accommodate various tenants of all kinds, Currently tenants include the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce, Windsong Custom Homes, Destiny Med Spa, and multiple notable other members of the thriving business community. In addition to our commercial development projects, GDLLC is involved with residential real estate development. We manage a number of apartments in the downtown Williston, ND area and offer local on-site property management with flexible leasing options.
